Each Attendee acknowledges and agrees that BHT and its owners, operators, employees, agents, and servants are not responsible or liable for any damages to Attendee or third parties that result from the consumption of alcohol by Attendee or others, including without limitation, property damage, personal injury, death, disfigurement, or loss of consortium. Should any Attendee consume alcohol at the Event, such Attendee acknowledges and agrees that Attendee is solely responsible for any and all damages suffered by Attendee or that Attendee may cause to third parties as a result of said consumption, including without limitation, property damage, personal injury, death, disfigurement, or loss of consortium.

Each Attendee understands that Attendees at the Event may be photographed or videotaped. To the fullest extent allowed by law, each Attendee waives all rights of publicity or privacy or pre-approval for any such likeness or use of Attendee’s name in connection with such likeness, and grants BHT permission to copyright, use, and publish (including by electronic means) such likeness in publications or other media material produced by BHT. Any Attendee who does not wish to have their likeness or name used in connection with the Event should make their wishes known to the photographer and/or the Event organizers.
